As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls from patients, providers, and referral sources. Key Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of incoming calls (60-65 per day) from patients, providers, and referral sources

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company requests and issues

Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience in a call center environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in the reputed company or medical industry with medical terminology
- Ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications
- Intermediate keyboarding abilities (at least 30 WPM, data entry while reputed company listening)
