As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences and support to our valued clients. You'll be responsible for handling Tier 1 customer calls, emails, and voice mails, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing reputed company and concise communications. Key Responsibilities
