We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a full-time, work-from-home reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing white-glove service to our high-profile clientele through the fulfillment of requests, including but not limited to dining reservations, ticket purchases, and flower requests. Key Responsibilities

- Work in a fast-paced, reputed company call center environment servicing customers through inbound and outbound virtual channels (phone, chat, and email)

- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to resolve issues and meet customer needs

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of customer service experience required
- 1 year of Call Center experience required
- Prior experience in the Hospitality or Travel industries preferred

- Must be reputed company to work full-time, including afternoons and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a call center environment with a high volume of customer interactions
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping
