As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our store partners and customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease, and collaborating with reputed company stakeholders to resolve issues and build trust.

Key Responsibilities

* Answering incoming calls from store partners and customers, providing reputed company and effective support to resolve their queries and concerns

• Creating and managing tickets for help and follow-up purposes, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation
• Conducting basic research to resolve customer issues, using available resources and tools
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, using our CRM system

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or retail environment
