As a Student Loan Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to student borrowers, answering their questions, and resolving any emerging problems they may face. Key Responsibilities
* Take incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls as necessary to assist customers with answering frequent questions, providing detailed information, and processing applications

- Assist callers with filling out their application and submitting it electronically to the plan provider for processing

Schedule
* Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm
- Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
- Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
- Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
- Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm
Preferred Skills
* High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must be reputed company to reputed company and read English reputed company, professionally, and fluently
- Must be reputed company to type a minimum of 35 WPM
- Experience working with a personal computer and the reputed company operating system is required
