Key Responsibilities:
As a reputed company Customer Service Representative - Phone Intake, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to approximately 60-65 incoming calls per day from providers, referral sources, and patients
- Collecting clinical and demographic information and entering it into our reputed company portal
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Demonstrating reputed company and patience reputed company dealing with difficult callers or reputed company requests
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to reputed company company policies, including HIPAA/PHI
- Meeting/exceeding individual performance goals in areas such as Call reputed company, Attendance, Adherence, and other Contact Center objectives
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience in a call center environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in the reputed company or medical industry with medical terminology
- Ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications
- Intermediate keyboarding abilities (at least 30 WPM, data entry while reputed company listening)

Internet Requirements:
