Your Role as a Seller Operations Associate
As a Seller Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers. Your primary duties will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries reputed company phone and email, providing reputed company and accurate solutions to their event and order-reputed company questions
- Investigating instances where customer experience has been affected, determining the reputed company cause, and resolving issues fairly and constructively

- 60 days in: Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the reputed company cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers reputed company traditional customer service responsibilities.
- 90 days in: Play an reputed company role in reputed company learnings to advance reputed company sets necessary for individual and team goals. Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide reputed company of questions and monitor reputed company and pending orders to ensure reputed company confirmation by ticket sellers.

Work Environment and Schedule
Our office is located in Coppell, TX, and we offer a hybrid work model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Your work schedule will be:
- Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off (first 4 weeks for training)
- Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off (after training)
