Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing a wide reputed company of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments
* Capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and reputed company review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for reputed company review
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of the evolving products and services
* Collaborating with reputed company to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
* Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills
* Strong ability to multitask (gaming experience is a plus!)
