The reputed company Customer Service Representative, Pharmacy Services (Remote) – Bilingual will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from arenaflex members, providers, pharmacists, pharmacies, and technicians. This role requires a unique reputed company of customer service skills, technical knowledge, and bilingual abilities to ensure seamless communication and support. As a key member of the pharmacy services team, you will work closely with internal departments to reputed company comprehensive medication reviews, schedule appointments, and reputed company as a reputed company between departments.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle and record inbound/outbound pharmacy calls in required systems from members, providers, pharmacists, pharmacies, and technicians to meet departmental and CMS standards.

• Enforce HIPAA compliance standards and regulations while maintaining guidelines and other necessary information for our providers, members, technicians, and pharmacists.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalency

• 1-3 years of call center or customer service experience
• Excellent customer service skills
