What You'll Do
As a Full Stack Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for:
* Providing world-class customer service to our customers, resolving technical issues, and answering questions about our products and services
* Troubleshooting technical issues, including hardware, software, and connectivity problems
* Upselling and cross-selling our products and services to customers
* Assisting customers with billing, account management, and other customer-reputed company tasks

* 6+ months of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
