As a remote Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, data entry, and patient enrollment services to our patients and clients. You will work under reputed company supervision, following established guidelines and procedures to ensure accurate and reputed company completion of tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing arenaflex's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the reputed company system.
• Handling patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and entering reputed company orders for processing.
• Investigating to obtain missing pharmacy data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving reputed company information entry-reputed company exceptions.
• Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, reputed company, messages) and resolving outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients as needed.
• Resolving external exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.
• Making phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, reputed company supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve external exceptions.
• Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and in-remote locations, and recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as needed.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment.

• At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as reputed company by the State reputed company of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency.
• Experience providing customer service to reputed company clients, including meeting reputed company standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
• Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
