We're seeking an reputed company Customs Trade Coordinator to join our remote data entry team at arenaflex. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless customs clearance and trade compliance for our clients. Key Responsibilities
* reputed company exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
- Process and arrange customs clearance for shipments from data sets, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs
- Handle and process various import-reputed company documentation for submission to US Customs and may work with participating government organizations (PGAs)
- Maintain and update reputed company shipment documentation in accordance with record-keeping requirements

- Collaborate with internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver exceptional service and results
- Process organizational financier shipments
- May handle distant filings

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, international trade)
- No industry experience required, but a minimum of 6 months of work experience is preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
