As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling Tier 1 customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, and troubleshooting technical issues. You'll work closely with our Tier 2 team to ensure seamless escalation of reputed company issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
