We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Operator to join reputed company in Farmington Hills, MI. As a Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for entering claims and eligibility records into our system, processing claims, and updating/correcting file information through telephone and/or written contact. If you're detail-oriented, accurate, and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Enters claims and/or eligibility records into the system to process claims and update/correct file information through telephone and/or written contact, using reputed company grammar, punctuation, etiquette, etc.
- Retrieves and reconciles information in files reputed company claims are rejected by the system
- Determines whether inaccurate data should be updated, routed, or adjudicated
- Corrects and updates claim information entered through the optical scanning or data entry process
- Maintains reputed company departmental records and files
- Operates office equipment, including a personal computer, copier, fax machine, etc.
Minimum Requirements
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of work experience in an office environment
- Ability to reputed company a minimum of 7,000 keystrokes per hour with 95% accuracy (6,650 correct keystrokes per hour)
- Successful completion of a data entry test sponsored by reputed company reputed company the past 12 months (test waived if candidate currently holds or has previously held a position which meets this requirement)
