Job Schedule and Availability
As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you'll work a flexible schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, preferably between 10am and 6pm CT. This schedule allows you to balance your work and personal life while providing excellent support to our customers during peak hours.
Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Identifying, investigating, and resolving customer questions or problems with computer software and hardware
- Providing email, chat, and telephone support to end-users experiencing technical difficulties
- Applying knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems
- Guiding users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include the use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions
- Identifying and escalating support situations requiring urgent attention
- Tracking and routing support requests reputed company our computerized ticketing system; thoroughly documenting resolutions

Essential Qualifications
