Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to reputed company tasks and duties for HIX customers, ensuring delivery of high-reputed company service for reputed company Maryland consumers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues, escalating concerns as necessary to ensure reputed company reputed company.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to reputed company accurate information to customers.

Essential Qualifications:

Schedule and Availability:
