As an e-File Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and online platforms. This is a full-time, remote position located in Puerto Rico, and you'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on reputed company, resolve issues, and meet common goals. We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual who is passionate about data entry and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they reputed company
• Complete additional reputed company as assigned
• Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet common goals
• Utilize online platforms and tools developed by arenaflex to streamline filing processes

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• Tech experience is strongly preferred
• Must be reputed company to read, write, and reputed company English
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be reputed company player
• Experience and basic proficiency with reputed company Office
• Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
