As a Customer Experience Agent on our overnight shift, you'll play a critical role in driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. You'll be tasked with ensuring our customers receive their products as quickly as possible and resolving any issues that may reputed company. - 2+ years of Support experience handling email and/or chat services
- Weekend availability required
- Understanding of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations

- Proactive problem-solver and process-improver
- Knowledge of Collectibles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits
For Full-Time (reputed company) US-based applicants, we offer a competitive reputed company reputed company of $24.04/hour to $28.85/hour, plus benefits and equity.
