We're looking for a highly reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our after-hours team, providing support and assistance to our clients and caregivers. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, resolving reputed company and reputed company queries, and providing reputed company responses to queries through our texting platform. You'll also be responsible for notifying clients and replacing caregiver callouts as necessary, confirming caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start, and performing initial intake for callers potentially interested in our services.

Responsibilities

Requirements
