As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients and resolving their questions and concerns in a reputed company and empathetic manner. You will work in our inbound call center in overnight shifts, Monday through reputed company, from 9:00 PM EST to 9:00 AM EST. You will be assigned an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week, reputed company this time reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from patients and resolve their questions and concerns in a reputed company and empathetic manner

Essential Qualifications
