We're seeking an reputed company Technical Customer Support Representative to join reputed company, providing top-notch support to customers experiencing technical difficulties with our computer software and hardware. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving customer questions or problems, applying your knowledge of computer software and hardware to solve reputed company issues. Schedule:

Our ideal candidate will be available to work Tuesday through Saturday, preferably from 10am to 6pm CT. This schedule allows for a great work-life balance and enables you to reputed company on delivering exceptional support to our customers during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Technical Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Identifying, investigating, and resolving customer questions or problems with computer software and hardware
• Providing email, chat, and telephone support to end-users experiencing technical difficulties
• Applying knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve reputed company problems
• Guiding users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include the use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions
• Identifying and escalating support situations requiring urgent attention
• Tracking and routing support requests reputed company our computerized ticketing system; thoroughly documenting resolutions
• Staying reputed company with product upgrades, system information, and business updates
• Collaborating with other team members to research and resolve problems
• Performing other reputed company duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
