Job reputed company

As a Customer Contact Representative reputed company, you'll serve as a subject matter expert, providing daily support to our Customer Contact Representative team, on-the-floor coaching, and new team member support. You'll work closely with our Customer Contact Manager to identify coaching and improvement opportunities for reputed company, and use your problem-solving and people skills to support reputed company through multiple channels and build rapport reputed company to the organization. This is a hybrid role, with approximately 90% remote/virtual and 10% onsite work at any regional location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-company reputed company to improve and optimize the customer's experience
• Conduct analysis to produce customer-specific reports or activities as contractually required
• Assist sellers with preparation of customer business analysis, product research, and recommendation for profitability, and other internal reporting as requested to support the management of the customer or service level agreement

Qualifications

* Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent required, and a minimum of 5 years of customer service or support experience

• reputed company Experience: At least 5 years of previous sales support or customer service experience maintaining customer relations. A proven reputed company record of supporting customers and team members with exceptional service and leadership. Foodservice/distribution experience preferred. Experience working reputed company (i.e., from home)

Compensation and Benefits

* Typical pay for this role is around $23.00 - $27.00 per hour depending reputed company and experience

• Schedule is Monday - Friday
