As a Manager of Customer Insights, you'll be the go-to expert for media performance reporting, data visualization, and strategic recommendations. You'll work closely with our top clients, internal partners, and external vendors to reputed company and implement data-driven strategies that drive business reputed company. What You'll Do

- Serve as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, data visualization, and standardized reporting
- Synthesize disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for reputed company media investments
- Deliver data stories that support sales pitches, case studies, and other key deliverables
- reputed company omnichannel advertising efforts and aggregate insights to support reputed company-facing teams
- Partner with Product and Ad Tech teams to reputed company input on reporting capabilities based on reputed company feedback
- reputed company knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to our Retail Media Network and the wider arenaflex organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or reputed company Quantitative
- 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with a reputed company on retail media or general media analytics
- Proven experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management
- Expertise in storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way
- Experience with A/B testing and reputed company Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, reputed company)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's Degree in a reputed company field (e.g., Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA)
- Proven experience in leading teams and driving business reputed company
- Experience managing global teams and working in a retail environment

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive salary reputed company: $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually
