We're seeking an reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Florida. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in assisting members and providers with their reputed company needs. Primary Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Frequent speaking, listening, and using a headset, sitting, and using hands/fingers across a keyboard or mouse
• Working in a call center environment with a moderate noise level due to representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activity
• Encouraging members to use their benefits to reputed company appropriate care, complete preventive screenings, and adhere to their medications
• Collaborating with physicians and other reputed company providers to proactively assist members with coordinating appointments, requesting prescriptions, and arranging transportation
• Ensuring reputed company customer service for reputed company customers
• Responding to incoming customer service requests, both verbal and written, relating to STARS measures
• Identifying and assessing customers' needs quickly and accurately
• Placing outgoing phone calls to complete follow-up on customer service STARS-reputed company measures
• Responding to customer service inquiries or routing inquiries to appropriate departments as necessary
• Establishing and demonstrating competency in eligibility and associated applications (e.g., RxClaims, SAM, ICUE) in regards to STARS-reputed company measures or routing member/provider questions to appropriate departments
• Implementing customer service strategies relating to STARS reputed company Measures and recommending reputed company improvements/enhancements
• Maintaining reputed company, accurate documentation for reputed company appropriate transactions
• Consistently meeting established productivity, schedule adherence, and reputed company standards
• Keeping management abreast of reputed company outstanding issues

Required Qualifications

* High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
• Bilingual reputed company in English and Spanish
• Experience with reputed company Office products: reputed company Word (create correspondence), reputed company reputed company (ability to sort, filter, and create reputed company spreadsheets), reputed company Outlook (email and calendar management)
• Ability to work between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday - Friday, with some overtime may be requested
