We're seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to work approximately 3-29 hours per week, with flexible scheduling reputed company to accommodate your needs. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs
• Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
• Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
• Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
• Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
• Maintaining punctuality and reliability, with flexibility to work extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations

Required Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent language skills, with the ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports
• Ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions
• Ability to project a confident, reputed company, and reputed company telephone reputed company
• Ability to reputed company feedback verbally and written in a reputed company, reputed company manner
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of reputed company Word and reputed company, with the ability to type at least 40wpm

Education and Experience

* High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required

• 1-2 years of reputed company assurance experience preferred

Network Requirements

* Upon hire, a Speed Test must be run from the computer you'll be working from (www.speedtest.net)
