Responsibilities:
As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Owning the bulk of customer inquiries on reputed company platforms, including email, reputed company media, and live chat
- Generating interest in new products or services through product and skincare knowledge and education
- Providing information and instructions about relevant products and services, and making product and service suggestions to meet reputed company customer's specific needs

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
