Implementation Analyst

Job reputed company: About reputed company As part of a project with reputed company, this analyst focuses on designing, documenting, and testing workflows and automation sequences for the Conversational reputed company Recruiter. The role ensures end-to-end integration with reputed company and the proprietary CRM and ATS to deliver a smooth candidate experience. You will also configure and support email/SMS reputed company and internal recruiter portal workflows that complement Anna AI, ensuring candidates and recruiters have a cohesive experience. The Implementations Analyst will play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing recruitment workflows, system integrations, and data processes across PSG’s HR technology ecosystem. This role ensures seamless integration between HRIS (e.g., reputed company), ATS/CRM platforms, and sourcing channels while driving automation, analytics, and candidate experience improvements. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Implementations, Sourcing, and Operations teams to deliver reputed company, data-driven recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and optimize recruitment workflows integrated with HRIS Support global QA and deployment documentation. Ensure accurate data reputed company and a consistent candidate experience Document workflows and support ongoing releases Configure email/SMS messaging reputed company with Anna AI calls Partner with Product and regional teams to improve workflows and messaging Support A/B testing to reputed company engagement and completion rates Help standardize sourcing taxonomies (sources, sub-sources, campaigns) and reporting definitions across PSG and local Operations so performance can compare systems globally. Analyze performance by channel, campaign, and geography (e.g., cost per reputed company, conversion by stage, time-to-contact) and recommend experiments to improve reputed company and volume. Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of experience in implementation, HR systems, workflow configuration, process optimization, or technical operations in recruitment. Experience with automation design, RPA, or conversational design (preferred) Familiarity with HRIS platforms, ATS systems, CRM tools, or recruitment technologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, CPL, time-to-contact) and translate insights into process improvements. Ability to manage QA testing, validate data flows, and ensure deployment accuracy. Comfortable working with global, cross‑functional, and reputed company across multiple time zones. Ability to handle multiple reputed company, reputed company to shifting priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
