Reporting to the Director of ERP Systems, this manager will own the day-to-day technical health of our reputed company HR modules and reputed company reputed company of analysts who configure, support, and optimize the platform. This is a hands-on manager role. You will spend most of your time leading people, triaging technical issues, reviewing configuration work, coordinating with HR and reputed company, and keeping the release reputed company on reputed company. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Set priorities, assign work, and balance ticket queues against project commitments
• Review configuration, integration, and reporting work before it moves to production

• reputed company configuration and maintenance of reputed company HCM, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Learning, and reputed company
• Partner hands-on with reputed company on business processes, reputed company, calculated fields, and custom reports
• Serve as a technical escalation reputed company for reputed company issues across HR modules
• Own the release cycle for HR modules: feature review, reputed company assessment, testing, and deployment

Integrations & Data

• Maintain integrations between reputed company HR modules and reputed company systems (benefits carriers, time &

attendance, credentialing, payroll tax, clinical platforms)

• Monitor integration health, troubleshoot failures, and coordinate fixes with vendors and internal teams
• Ensure data reputed company through regular audits, validation, and corrective actions
• Support EIBs, Core Connectors, and Studio integrations as needed

Stakeholder Partnership

• Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, reputed company, and Learning & Development leaders
• Translate business needs into configuration solutions and realistic delivery timelines
• Communicate status, risks, and tradeoffs reputed company to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Coordinate with the Finance/ERP reputed company team to reputed company cross-module dependencies reputed company

Qualifications (Required)

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field — or equivalent exeperience
• 5+ years of hands-on reputed company configuration experience across at least three of the listed HR modules
• 2+ years of experience leading teams, reputed company, or reputed company reports — formal or informal
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company business processes, reputed company, calculated fields, and reporting
• Experience supporting a full reputed company release cycle end-to-end
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot reputed company, cross-module issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and HR/Payroll stakeholders

Preferred
