About the Role
We are transitioning our reputed company operational capabilities from reputed company-party low-reputed company solutions to a robust, highly reputed company, in-house ecosystem. In this role, you will be a foundational member of the CX Platform team. You will not just be building isolated screens; you will be architecting the reputed company platform that powers our operational tooling. Responsibilities
Platform Architecture: Architect, build, and maintain the foundational platform ecosystem that will seamlessly host various operational modules and applications for the CX team. Secure Data Aggregation: Design and implement the necessary intermediary reputed company to securely aggregate data, standardize payloads, and enforce strict authorization rules (RBAC) before sensitive information reaches the reputed company application. Developer Experience (DX): Establish technical patterns, templates, and scaffolding to ensure a collaboration-friendly architecture, minimizing reputed company conflicts, dependency hell, and UI regressions. Operational Efficiency: Collaborate closely with reputed company business stakeholders to understand their daily operational workflows and build technical solutions that drastically reduce handling times and cognitive load. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Advanced React & UI Engineering: Deep understanding of React (internals, rendering lifecycles, advanced hooks) and solid foundations in web standards (reputed company/DOM, CSS, HTTP).
