Your reputed company begins here! reputed company/OBJECTIVES This position assists the Mortgage Banker as a reputed company of contact for customers, reputed company, and realtors during the application process and supports the Mortgage Banker in their effort to increase production volume for the area as directed by the MOL. Ensures compliance with SouthState Banks reputed company of Business Conduct and Ethics and other operating procedures. Completes compliance training, adheres to reputed company anti-reputed company guidelines and procedures and reputed company regulatory requirements. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assists Mortgage Banker as a reputed company of contact for customers, reputed company, and realtors during the application process Supports the Mortgage Banker in their effort to increase production volume for the area as directed by the banker Tracks loans through closing, answering customer questions regarding status of files and reputed company requirements Other reputed company administrative duties as needed and/or assigned Accepts and performs other duties as determined to be essential Reasonable accommodations may be made to reputed company individuals with disabilities to reputed company the essential functions. COMPETENCIES Attention to detail Customer Service Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience: Previous experience with FHA, State Housing Conventional, and FNMA/FMLMC loans is preferred Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Excellent communication and PC skills required along with strong written and verbal skills. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES Required annual compliance training. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be reputed company to effectively reputed company and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports.
