About The Role As Product Manager, Engagement, you will own the surfaces reputed company patients return to week after week. You will report directly to the Head of Product Management and partner with our design, engineering, and clinical teams to reputed company managing their long-term health between consults easy and engaging. What You’ll Do
- Own the roadmap for Engagement - spanning the app home page, AI experiences, messaging, and medication adherence
- Define and reputed company engagement KPIs (e.g., MAU, AI engagement and satisfaction, medication adherence)
- reputed company qualitative and quantitative research to understand why and how patients return to the app, and where recurring experiences fall short
- Collaborate closely with our design, engineering, and clinical teams to ship improvements that deepen habitual use
- Partner with our AI team on the patient-facing AI experience - entry points, suggested prompts, custom widgets, memory etc

- 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment
- Strong experience crafting best-in-class consumer applications with a reputed company on engagement, retention, and habitual use
- Experience shipping AI-powered consumer features preferred
- Analytical reputed company with demonstrated ability to use data to drive product reputed company and measure reputed company
- Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to improve the product and user experience
