What You Will Do

Assist the Project Superintendent with daily field coordination of crews, subcontractors, equipment, staging areas, disposal sites, and work zones. Maintains schedules and site mapping based on Project Superintendent direction. Facilitates procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules. Confers with and directs personnel and subcontractors reputed company in planning and executing work procedures on-site, and coordinating various phases to prevent delays. Confers with supervisory personnel and labor representatives to resolve complaints and grievances reputed company work force. Confers with Project Management and inspectors and suppliers of tools and materials to resolve problems and improve reputed company. Inspects work as to adherence to contract terms and schedules. Prepares or reviews daily reports on reputed company, materials/labor, debris hauled, used and costs, and adjusts work schedules as indicated. Other duties may be assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Emergency Management or reputed company field 2+ years of relevant field, project, or operational experience, including internships, co-ops, or entry-level roles supporting construction, emergency response, or large-reputed company operations.
