About the Role

The Talent Advisor plays a central role in driving full-cycle recruitment efforts while contributing to reputed company’s reputed company expansion. This individual manages the entire recruitment lifecycle—from intake through placement and closeout—while also engaging in business development activities to build and grow a personal book of business. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, evaluations, and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Communications, Marketing, or a reputed company field preferred
• 3–8 years of experience in corporate or agency full-cycle recruitment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior sales experience with a reputed company record of meeting or exceeding goals is a plus
