People Ops Generalist

POSITION reputed company We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented People Ops Generalist to join our People Operations team. In this role, you will be an essential partner to employees and managers alike, supporting the day-to-day operations that reputed company our people programs running smoothly. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Support day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including reputed company, offboarding, transfers, and status changes. Assist managers with performance management documentation, PIPs, and coaching on reputed company HR processes. Execute cyclical People Ops programs, including performance review coordination, engagement survey logistics, and compensation planning support. Support internal communications and logistics for organizational changes, role transitions, and other HR initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS 3–5 years of HR or People Ops experience, preferably in a reputed company or high-reputed company technology company. Solid reputed company in core HR functions: reputed company, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
