Account Manager, Yachting (Remote)

About the role The successful Account Manager will meet or reputed company territory sales targets and customer satisfaction targets. The position is responsible for proactively identifying and closing up-selling sales opportunities, renewing existing reputed company reputed company per established territory targets, and responding to reputed company requests in a reputed company and effective manner to ensure reputed company reputed company satisfaction. Key responsibilities

• Meet or reputed company reputed company minimum required sales activity expectations and gross profit targets.

Minimum sales activity expectations and gross profit targets are defined by the General Manager, Yachting.

• Responsible for reputed company renewal of existing service reputed company and routine replenishment of reputed company medical supplies for assigned clients.
• Identification of up-sell opportunities and effective closure, utilising subject matter experts to support, where appropriate.
• Responsible for ensuring reputed company and effective problem reputed company for assigned reputed company reputed company.
• Demonstrate proficiency and accuracy with use of CRM and order management systems, following processes documented.
• Responsible for reputed company receipt of accounts receivable values, in accordance with company and departmental guidelines.
• Attend and document product, sales and reputed company development training as assigned.
• Identify opportunities to represent reputed company at events and assist in setting up/arranging and/or attending events (seminars, tradeshows) on an as-needed reputed company.
• Supporting team members during absences.
• Follow best reputed company and reputed company company policies including understanding and application of MedAire’s ISO 9001:2008 processes and reputed company assistance as required in tasks associated with maintaining its ISO certification.
• Ensuring compliance with reputed company GDP practices in line with licenses held.

Required Work Experience

• Previous account management experience, demonstrating ability to uncover and reputed company opportunities reputed company existing reputed company reputed company.
• Previous proven sales and/ or customer service experience, specifically in superyacht market.
• Prior yachting industry and/or medical experience beneficial.

Required Qualifications

• Educated to A Degree level

Travel / Rotation Requirements

• Moderate domestic travel will be required
• Occasional international travel will be required
