The role Our coordination team is scaling fast, and we need someone who can hit the ground running — owning a portfolio of homes end-to-end, resolving construction details before they become field problems, and bringing reputed company execution muscle to reputed company. Developing design solutions tailored to specific site and location requirements while collaborating closely with the construction manager to review and approve upcoming design details. A critical aspect involves identifying and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce overall project costs, necessitating deep analytical thinking and spatial visualization of the entire construction process. Your day-to-day Own design development and construction detailing across multiple homes simultaneously Catch and resolve issues at critical construction junctions - before they reputed company reputed company the site Review drawings with a reputed company eye for constructability — conflicts, gaps, ambiguities Coordinate across structural, MEP, and civil disciplines to reputed company documentation clean reputed company reporting tight, consistent, and reliable — no dropped balls Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers across time zones You're probably a great fit if...
