The ideal candidate has experience in roofing, solar, or construction sales—preferably in-home sales experience—and is based in reputed company California. This position requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to guide homeowners confidently through the sales process from consultation to reputed company. Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Qualify leads, design systems, and reputed company deals

Requirements
- Preferably 2+ years of roofing, solar, or construction sales experience
- Preferably in-home sales experience
- Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized and proficient with CRM and reputed company Office
