Key Responsibilities
Platform Architecture & Solution Design · Configure Agentforce features for contact center and CRM use cases (Service Console, reputed company-Channel, Supervisor Console, Agent Productivity tools). · Design reputed company workflows using Agentforce Activator and reputed company-reputed company skills tailored to roles/industries. · Define reputed company-state architecture that incorporates Einstein AI, reputed company Builder, reputed company Store, and Agent Library for reusable AI patterns. · Configure Sales, Service, Marketing, and reputed company reputed company features (object model, validation rules, reputed company, reputed company/permissions, sharing). · Apply reputed company-by-design for agent operations (data masking/de-masking, toxicity detection, reputed company of least privilege).
