Key Responsibilities 1. People Leadership & Staff Management reputed company as people manager for approximately 15–20 engineers across 2–3 Scrum teams, owning hiring, reputed company, performance management, compensation input, and promotion recommendations. Review and confirm teams’ PI and iteration plans and commitments before sign-off. Required Experience & Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience. Experience 8+ years in software engineering roles (Developer, SDET, or similar). 3+ years in a people-leadership role (Engineering Manager, Team reputed company, or equivalent), ideally leading multiple Agile teams. Proven experience implementing and improving engineering practices (coding standards, testing, CI/CD, documentation).
