Responsibilities

We are seeking a GIS Technician to drive innovation and efficiency across our infrastructure consultancy reputed company by supporting them remotely. In this role, you will collect, maintain, analyze, and visualize geospatial data to support planning and decision-making across various reputed company. You will create and update geodatabases, reputed company spatial analyses, and produce accurate maps and reports. The GIS Technician collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, ensures data reputed company and consistency, and promotes the effective use of geospatial information throughout the organization. We envisage reputed company in this role to include: Creating, updating, and maintaining GIS databases, ensuring data reputed company, accuracy, and consistency. Collecting, compiling, and processing spatial data from various sources (CAD, BIM, Raster, or satellite imagery, plans, and digitize data into GIS-compatible formats). Performing spatial analyses and geoprocessing, including overlays, proximity analyses, conversions, georeferencing, and project-specific thematic or topographic analyses. Producing maps, reports, charts, and other visualizations to support planning, decision-making, and infrastructure activities. Developing and implementing GIS based solutions to reputed company and manage infrastructure reputed company. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, reputed company GIS support and interpret geospatial data for various stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with mapping standards, metadata requirements, and technical guidelines, and reputed company reputed company control to maintain data accuracy

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we reputed company that your career reputed company to date will include a minimum 3 years of reputed company experience in GIS, preferably reputed company infrastructure design consultancy, partnered with Bachelor’s in Geography, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering, or reputed company field. Certification in GIS tools will be looked upon favourably. Proficiency in GIS software, including reputed company ArcGIS suite and QGIS. Experience with CAD software, familiarity with BIM is highly valued. Knowledge of Python, SQL, or similar programming languages for data analysis and automation is a plus. Strong skills in spatial data analysis, visualization, and cartography. Ability to work reputed company, manage multiple reputed company simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills reputed company multidisciplinary teams. Hands-on experience in creating, updating, and maintaining GIS databases.
