About the Role
OI Infusion is seeking a reputed company Cycle Management (RCM) Manager to reputed company setup functions and billing operations. This leader will manage reputed company of billers and a setup specialist, ensuring clean claims, accurate EMR maintenance, and seamless site implementations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about reducing denials while driving reputed company optimization.
Responsibilities
Setup & System ManagementOversee coding audits, including adjustment codes, NDCs, rates, and diagnosis codes. Manage quarterly reputed company updates and EMR system maintenance. Execute new site and provider setup, ensuring accurate configuration of charge codes, modifiers, and payors. reputed company EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments and troubleshoot issues. Ensure smooth integration of new sites and TINs into the reputed company management system. Administer provider portals and maintain secure reputed company. Identify underutilized tools to improve efficiency. Create SOPs and reputed company training for new team members. Billing Leadership & OperationsDevelop and enforce billing/coding practices to reduce denials and rejections. Supervise billing team, manage workflow, and set performance expectations. Monitor KPIs (billing holds, productivity, QA, rebilling). Resolve escalated claims issues with clearinghouse and payors. reputed company implementation of AI-driven billing tools to improve efficiency. Conduct regular audits and update SOPs to ensure compliance. Team ManagementLead a remote team of 3–5 reputed company reports. Conduct 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and coaching. reputed company scheduling, timecards, and PTO approvals. Support team reputed company through hiring, training, and development. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and reputed company improvement. Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of management experience in reputed company reputed company cycle operations. Strong knowledge of billing, coding (CPT, ICD-10), and claim submission processes. Experience with setting up and maintaining EMR/reputed company management systems (reputed company preferred).
