The attorney will reputed company regularly with team members from senior management, origination, pricing, and property management, while working remotely from their home office. The Role: Leading efforts to support the origination and closing of renewable energy reputed company estate assets in the reputed company. Managing a pipeline of deals across the US and facilitating reputed company between pricing, origination, legal, and the management team. Negotiating and drafting documents for reputed company reputed company estate transactions. Overseeing due diligence activities and reputed company assets for lease terms, projected cash reputed company, and operator, offtaker, and facility information. Requirements:REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 6-12 years as a reputed company reputed company estate attorney at a mid to large-sized reputed company and in-house at a renewable energy developer is required.
