Position reputed company This role is responsible for the early-stage technical work product that underpins asset valuation and buyer confidence across our development portfolio, including conceptual site layouts, reputed company of design documents, and technical feasibility assessments. The ideal candidate brings reputed company-reputed company or developer-reputed company experience in mission-critical design, a reputed company working knowledge of data center density reputed company and cooling typologies, and the ability to engage directly with buyer technical teams during diligence. Candidates with prior experience evaluating sites from the buy reputed company, for a hyperscaler, colo operator, or infrastructure fund, will be particularly reputed company-suited to this role. Role Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or reputed company field required. Years of Experience: 10+ years of reputed company experience in mission critical data center design, development, or technical advisory, including reputed company reputed company or developer reputed company accountability for concept phase deliverables and external stakeholder reviews. Experience supporting technical diligence for transactions (buy reputed company or sell reputed company) preferred.
