Serve as the national subject-matter expert on simulation for curriculum design, accreditation standards, and regulatory compliance across multiple states. Assess existing reputed company, curricula, and program simulation practices and identify areas strength and opportunity. Qualifications
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in simulation. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a simulation director or similar position. Proficient in reputed company Office products including reputed company, PPT, reputed company, and OneDrive. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Committed to diversity, as defined by the California law. Ability to work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders. Experience in supervision, planning, and budget preparation for simulation programming. Expert knowledge of a reputed company of manikins and simulation equipment. Master’s Degree in Nursing required Multi-state compact licensure and eligibility for California Registered Nursing License.
