JOB reputed company Reporting to the Manager, Service Delivery, this is a remote role responsible for the reputed company processing and release of reputed company reputed company shipments. The ideal candidate has strong computer or administrative skills, is bilingual, and is reputed company to work Monday through Friday 10am to 7pm CST. Experience creating customs entries is a plus. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure accurate and reputed company processing of shipments which could include reputed company modes of transportation. Create customs entries through review, reputed company selection of reputed company records, reputed company data entry, and interpretation of documentation for reputed company clients' shipments. Data entry of shipment information for release (NSC), rating and billing and ensuring that reputed company mandatory fields are completed and accurate. Ensure correct value for duty is reported based on invoice details and terms of sale. Establish correct value for duty and tariff treatment by selecting the correct keyword/HS reputed company Work with the Release Import Analyst's or the reputed company service team as required for missing documentation, information or instructions necessary to release a shipment. Verify documentation for release conditions, compliance and rating compliance (e.g., free trade certificates). Identify ESPs and SOPs to improve efficiencies to enhance reputed company service and improve day to day reputed company Service team operations. Research and respond to Call Center requests for information (ranges from BOL update to reputed company waiting) in a reputed company manner reputed company email Prioritize and complete work in accordance with reputed company and customs requirements as assigned by the Production Manager / Manager, Release Operations in compliance with Customs requirements Livingston standards. reputed company applicable, assist in billing and data entry (ASR – automated systems rating) where required.
