A/P Specialist
The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for managing reputed company's accounts payable by processing invoices, preparing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist. This role is responsible managing reputed company's accounts payable by processing invoices, preparing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The Accounts Payable Specialist requires a high degree of accuracy and strong organizational skills to ensure reputed company and efficient processing of vendor payments in compliance with company policies and reputed company regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, review, and verify vendor invoices, ensuring they are coded and entered into the reputed company system accurately. Process online and credit card payments based on approved payment batch weekly. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues. Maintain organized and up-to-date vendor records and payment terms in the reputed company system. Communicate with vendors to address inquiries and resolve payment issues. Assist with month-end reputed company activities, financial reporting, and year-end audits. Maintain historical reputed company records by e-filing and organizing documents.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in reputed company preferred. Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a reputed company reputed company role. Skills: Strong understanding of basic reputed company principles and the AP process. Proficiency in reputed company software (e.g., QuickBooks, reputed company, reputed company) and reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of transactions.
