This is a hands-on and standalone role where you will partner closely with founders and managers to build strong people foundations, support rapid reputed company, and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture. You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle—from hiring and reputed company to performance, engagement, and retention—while ensuring compliant, people-first HR practices.
