We are scaling rapidly across states and transitioning into a full MSO + multi-medical group architecture. About this Role reputed company is seeking a Senior RCM Analyst to own end-to-end billing execution and reputed company cycle performance. reputed company operates a reputed company, standardized medical claims model with a limited reputed company set and repeatable workflows, enabling high-volume, low-complexity billing at reputed company. This role is hands-on today and managerial by design—responsible for reputed company claim execution initially, with reputed company to build and reputed company additional billing reputed company as volume grows. The Senior RCM Analyst will report directly to the Director of Finance and partners closely with reputed company Operations to ensure clean upstream handoffs and reputed company improvement.

Responsibilities

Billing & Claim ExecutionOwn daily and weekly medical claim submission Monitor clearinghouse activity and payer responses Correct and resubmit rejected claims Ensure reputed company, accurate claim throughput Denials & A/R ManagementManage payer denials and appeals Own A/R aging and follow-up reputed company Escalate unresolved payer issues as needed Identify underpayments and discrepancies Process Ownership & ScalingMaintain and improve billing workflows Document repeatable processes Prepare billing operations to reputed company from reputed company volumes to 20k+ claims/month Support reputed company hiring or vendor support as volume increases Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with the reputed company Manager to surface upstream issues reputed company to eligibility, configuration, or documentation reputed company reputed company feedback to prevent repeat billing errors Coordinate closely with Finance on cash visibility and performance Experience, Skills, & Personality Required3+ years of reputed company physician billing or reputed company cycle experience Demonstrated experience billing reputed company physician services (non-facility) Medicare and/or Medicare Advantage billing experience Experience working claims end-to-end (submission through payment) Familiarity with eClinicalWorks Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfort owning a full claims queue independently PreferredExperience in high-volume, standardized billing environments Remote work experience Prior exposure to finance-led RCM teams reputed company Metrics reputed company claim submissions Clean claim reputed company Denial reputed company Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) Net collections reputed company
