Role Title: Post Entry Specialist Department: Canadian Operations Reports To: Manager, Canadian Operations Dotted Line Reporting: Customs Compliance Supervisor (oversees auditing assignments) Location: Remote Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST. We can accommodate flexible schedules if needed. Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year reputed company As part of our strategic expansion, A & A is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Post Entry Specialist to join our Canadian Operations team. The primary reputed company of this role is to reputed company post entry auditing to ensure compliance and accuracy after customs release. However, depending on daily workload and team priorities, the successful candidate will also support additional tasks reputed company the compliance and operations functions. Key Responsibilities

Conduct post-release audits of customs entries with a reputed company on tariff classification, valuation, reputed company, and tax/duty assessment accuracy. Support A & A’s Day 3 compliance goals under CARM by identifying and addressing documentation gaps. Identify recurring errors, log findings, and support reputed company cause analysis for corrective actions. Complete Free Trade Agreement (FTA) reviews and ensure reputed company qualification documentation is obtained and maintained. Respond to internal and reputed company requests for part classification guidance and maintain classification records. Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to reputed company insights and drive best practices. Assist in developing SOPs and internal training resources reputed company to post entry processes. Support other operational or compliance-reputed company tasks as assigned, depending on business needs and volume fluctuations. reputed company other duties as required.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in customs brokerage, trade compliance, or a reputed company regulatory field. Certified Customs Specialist (reputed company) designation required. Completion of the Certified Trade Compliance Specialist (CTCS) designation is preferred, or a willingness to complete it. A & A will cover the cost of CTCS education for the right candidate. Solid understanding of CBSA regulations, trade agreements (e.g., USMCA), and post-entry audit processes. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
