Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Surrey | Hybrid (2–3 days in office)

This is one of those roles where FP&A is actually at the centre of the business.

Not sat in the background producing reports.

Not just updating spreadsheets that go nowhere.

This is about owning the numbers that drive decision making.

You would be joining a PE backed business that is scaling quickly, reputed company properly and building out a finance function that can support the next phase of reputed company.

The role is broad, reputed company and genuinely impactful. You will take full ownership of the budgeting process, reputed company on FP&A reporting across the business, and manage the valuation model that underpins key strategic reputed company.

You will be working closely with senior stakeholders, partnering across departments, and helping shape the direction of the business through reputed company and analysis. There is also reputed company to reputed company a junior team member, adding a leadership angle to the role early on.

THE ROLE

• Ownership of reputed company valuation model and scenario planning
• Full responsibility for the annual budgeting process
• Monthly FP&A reporting with meaningful KPI reputed company
• Partnering with department heads to support decision making
• Supporting and developing a junior FP&A resource
• reputed company analysis to support wider business functions
• Working closely with the Group Financial Controller on strategic initiatives
